Saw a vehicle today run right through the parking booth without paying...

I was told Famous Daves no longer refunds the parking fee, but Bay Harbor still does. I have not attempted to do it myself yet.

Speaking of Bay Harbor ... is the food/atmosphere worth the $$$ ?

Bay Harbor is definitely worth the prices charged. It's a casual elegant dining, given the proximity to the Marina. The food and service has been superb each time we've been there. Also, the prices are not out of line for fine dining establishments.

Agreeing with XS Nightclub: each time I've dined at Bay Harbor has been a very pleasant experience with delicious food.

And agreeing with 99er: some members of the general public .... well, the elevator doesn't go all the way to the penthouse, if you catch my drift. Recently had to resort to explaining to a caller that the theater parking lot is a large, paved, flat surface with cars parked on it because she was just not getting the idea.
