Rude employee!!

Matt, I don't need to be an employee to tell you that saying shut-up is bad business. Any one can tell you that. Sure, it may be hard/boring being an employee but displacement is not a healthy way of dealing with stress. So, what's the purpose? How many employees read this board?

I would like to write a letter to Mr. Kinzel, but do not know the address to send it too. I looked online at their website, but was only able to find the main Cedar Point address. Should I send it care of Cedar Point?

Just address it to Dick Kinzel, and then use the general CP address. It should get there.

What you've written here is probably enough. matt2003, you're wrong when you say that posting it here is useless...the higher-ups at Cedar Point do read this site! As one of the speakers said at the Q&A, they read Guide to the Point "religiously." I'm sure that talking to guest services couldn't hurt, but the park is definitely reading this.
