If you're concerned about your neck and back, these are the rides that I would recommend skipping altogether:
Demon Drop
Corkscrew
Mean Streak
and maybe Wildcat -- the final brakes can be abusive; have a look for yourself before getting in line for this one.

If its really your back and neck, I would stay away from Blue Streak. It has the absolute HARDEST seatbacks in existance. Also, John Allen seemed to have this thing of making his coaster bottom out at the bottom of the hills real, real hard to that the riders will bounce at the bottoms (see Screamin Eagle @ SFStL). That coaster made my bad a little tender after only a couple of rides.
However, IMO, despite all the warnings, I think you would be fine on Mean Streak, provided you sit in the front of the train. The ride there will be incredibly BORING, but not painful in the least.

--Forget coasters, I'd rather ride Janet Jackson...
Wow, I'm going to have to say yeah, PT's smooth, but if he has neck issues, he really might want to be cautious. You can get really blasted into the OTS's at times...depends on how sensitive he is, but still.

*-CP Irvine-* I know who's fault it is!
*The FewER, The Proud, The Po!nter Girls*
If your worried about roughness, sit in the front CAR on any coaster.

I might aviod Wildcat not only becuase of the brakes, but that last helix pulles some Gs and that could put a lot of stress on your back. Dunno, just a thought.
The Screw just seems rough on my head to me, I dont have a problem with it's general roughness, just the OTSR. If anyone has seen this, Kings Island did a good job with Outer Limits, it had a similar problem, so they took out the OTSR and just put in MF-esque lap bars. Sounds good to me. Maybe CP will do it with Corkscrew.
Corkscrew Got "smaller" OTSRs this season. No more head banging for most of the riders.

Magnum "Candy" Man, me neither...Just go over to PKI and ride almost any coaster. In comparison, all of CP's coasters are just a "ride on MF." :)
you're absolutely right, CP_bound!! :)
