roomates?

Hey everyone my names brock and im hopefully going back for my second year this year and ill be working in foods. Im going to be getting an apt in the area right by the park. If anyones interested let me know. It will be 200-225 a month for rent and well split the bills 50/50 with cp housing rates going up you may wanna do this instead?

Where you getting an apartment that cheap? I know of one that should open by then for $250 (my landlord owns it also LOL) but very few in this area are that cheap!

Lol i ment like 200-225 a person unless we get a 3rd or 4th person haha. The rent for a 2 bedroom is 415 a month. So id pay 215 and if i can get a roomate they will pay 200 and thats only 30 more then what cp is taking now..

For someone who doesn't have a car, is your apartment close enough to walk to Commons parking lot to catch the bus?

Yeah it would be like a 2-3 minute walk. But if you room with me i would let you ride with me every morning

So update on this i found a 2 room apt with a 6 month lease may-november its 500 plus bill so 700 if we can get me and 3 others to go in on this it will be 170 per person each month! Same as cp.but better.

I may be interested and might be able to get two more roommates. I should know in a week or possibly sooner.
