I believe all the coasters and other tall rides have been struck at one point. Its a park full of tall metal poles that are connected directly to the ground. Kinda like a bunch of free-standing lightning rods.

Speaking of roller coaster problems, anyone know why Maverick was down for all of Saturday?
Maybe Doc was using the silver train of maverick as a delorean?
Althouth that might not be the smartest thing, maverick isn't the tallest ride in the park.
