You guys should know that the good menu seems to be available when the truck is parked by the beach. When the truck is parked on the midway, the menu is more standard park fare like tacos and burgers.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

^^ my bet is that Ouimet lets the ride ops handle "the coaster" :)

The out-of-park menu is pretty nice. We bought from the in-park menu. The Super Soft Taco was fairly substantial for the price. I hope the food truck does well enough to encourage more things like this.

They even serve specialty beers.

As far as Fridays and Famous Dave's goes, at least you can get your parking fee taken off of your bill at Famous Dave's if you spend enough money. Does anyone know if they take $20 off of your bill if you use preferred parking?
