Disagree completely Aj1. I think both Rougarou and Valravn are awesome, unique ride names (in particular the mythology behind the Valravn.)
The $875 on the new in park poster has to have some significance. Right away, my thought is: 8 (August) 7+5 = 12. August 12th announcement date? It is a Saturday. It also happens to be nearly a month from today.
or maybe 875 is the amount of days it is taking from the first day of planning the ride till the day its open lol
that would be 2 years and 145 days prob not but it was a fun guess

I disagree completely.
But at least they don't have; Justice League, bat-spider-super-wonder wo-Man in the name of every ride.
The $875 clue, if it is one: 8/7 5pm.
New for 2024- Wicked Twister Plus
No way does "they are coming" have to do with a replacement for Mine Ride. They have been too much maintenance on it the last couple years, all kinds of wood replacement along the course as well as loads of fencing. Usually when a ride is soon to be removed the "neglect' is more evident. Disaster Transport, Wildcat, Space Spiral.
^I'm not saying CCMR is going but I think your logic is flawed. They did all kinds of work to MS over the past few years. Again, in no way am I saying you're wrong about CCMR's future. I just wouldn't be so sure about yourself with that as the basis for your argument.

Maybe 875 is the number of inches being added to the original lift hill. It used to be 161', add 875'' / 72.9' and you get a new height of about 233'
After watching that coaster-net video, you can count me firmly in the Railblazer camp. Almost all of the teaser references can connect back to a train theme. The whole "they're coming" thing could refer to gold miners or some other sort of pioneer heading out west aboard a steam train blazing a way. As they said in the video, a train sounds like rolling thunder coming down the tracks. Throw in Tony's tweet about the railroad tracks and I think we may have ourselves a name. Unless of course, this is a King's Island Bat scenario in which you can expect to see CCMR renamed to Railblazer. :)
Loving Maverick since 2007!

Now I'm very certain - the crane has been moving quite a lot, and there is more track on the lift hill (it reaches up to the first inversion, now), as shown on the webcam - so that's cool.
The lift hill has not been touched. Same amount of supports and length of track as last 4 months

There is literally a piece of track dangling from the crane in the picture I shared - I watched for a while, that track went straight onto the lift hill - the track on which is much higher and further along than before. Case in point, the track reached about the height of the station before:
The track now is much higher than that:
Lift hill work is going on right now; at the park and on mobile, so I can't embed the photos in my post, but here's the URLs. That lift hill angle looks nothing short of horrifying! :/
I will eat my words. There is lifthill work going down. At least we got some live in park pics from my very wrong statement. sweet
^ What RCMAC said, at least according to that Instagram post I mentioned earlier. I wouldn't be surprised if there were others just like it throughout FrontierTown, however.
