From a guest point of view I can see those numbers not matter much at all. From a fan point of view it shows trends and can help build speculations on future improvements. From an employee point of view it can give you a place in history and you can check back year after year to see how crews do after you are no longer an employee. I see it from the employee point of view as I have been employed in rides the past two years, Raptor ATL in 2009.
I would like to continue seeing the numbers in some way, shape or form, which is what I hope happens. It doesn't have to be on the website, clear as day... A post on the blog would suffice just to keep the fans and employees who actually do like seeing the numbers up to date. I am happy to say though that the Raptor crew did very well this past 2009 season and had the second highest ridership in the park (only to beat by the train), take that Magnum!
