Personally, I vote for black one-piece jumpsuits slathered in cross-stitched logos (Kodak, FirstEnergy, Pepsi, other CP coasters, sister park stuff, etc.) They'd wear out quicker than the average uniform, but they'd look oh so cool.
Besides, maybe the sponsors wouldn't mind kicking in a little for the look...

Ads on the train would fit in well with the theming. I don't think it would suck at all. I think it would be funny if they had a Budwiser paint job on one of the trains.
