Ride Poses!

Over the years, all my buds and I got sick of looking at the same stupid onride photos when you got off, so we came up with all sorts of different things to do for the pictures,

ex. playing cards, sleeping, kissing (NOT GUYS), stuff like that...

have any good ideas? we should all get together and do a full train pose...

Well I seen a picture at the Kumba's on-ride photo shop (Busch Gardens FL) that had a few guys holding a KFC bucket and chicken!
That was pretty funny.

There are 24 hours in a day, and 24 beers in a case. Coincidence?

one of the funniest ones i've ever seen was on a rainy day and everyone was wearing their ponchos and one really fat lady's flew up and covered the two people behind her and all you could see was their hands and a face imprint in the pancho....haha
Me and my friends do this all the time. We're always (tastefully) posing for the cameras, that is what makes it fun. My favorite one we did was at SFWOA on Batman in the evening. There was 3 of us and we took the back row and did a "See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil" pose. It came out very well and was quite a funny photo. That one was a must buy.

I saw one person brushing his teeth on the magnum one time. Toothpaste and all. Quite a funny thing to see because he didnt have any water to spit it out.

How do I upload a picture into my profile so that it will be approved. Or, what are the criteria for posting a photo?

Peace I'm Out

I believe you choose Edit Account from the menu above, and click on the Upload Photo link.

My husband, son and I have taken to doing the slack-jawed, limp, vacant eyed look. Remember, Markey says that coasters cause brain damage. ;)

I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead

On B&M rides (4-across seating) my friends and I do, well try to do, the YMCA. It's also fun to have your friends pointing one direction, and then you pointing the other.

Aww.....Florida! But That's America's Wang

Not that great, but one time on Magnum my friend was strangling me. That was kinda funny. We bought the picture.

On a romantic note, I have seen people kissing on magnum. Those camel back hills have to be hard to do that on, maybe better on MF. Las year two people on our train got engaged on MF. I thought that was very cool, what more could you ask for.

... Ahhhh... Dangling feet, Sun in my face, and wind in my hair .... Bliss!

i have done plenty of these with my friends. one fo the better is one guy sticking up the other with a finger gun. nothing scarier than a finger gun! the other cool one we did with the finger guns was on lightning racer and we know whick camera was on top at the photo booth so one person pointed their finger gun up and the other down so int he booth, we were shooting at each other.

If life is full of ups and down, you better make sure your safety restraint is locked and ENJOY the ride.

Oh sat is hutch a lie, day twont cause dain bramage... :)

I saw a picture one time from Magnum with someone playing their GameBoy. One time, I don't remember where, I did see a female flashing her, um, well you get the picture. The photobooth people didn't catch it until they saw all the people reacting to it.

As for me, I will sometimes do the sleeping/dead thing, or act really scared. Back in my employee days I was also known to turn around and talk to the people behind me on Magnum (if I knew them) and just carry on a normal conversation like nothing was happening...throughout the entire ride.

I always make sure I know where the camera is. On my first ride on Top Thrill Dragster, I'm not gonna do anything. But then afterwards I'll make funny faces. I like to stick my tongue out at the camera.

I love to do the "about to puke" face. You know, one hand coming up to the mouth, and the other on my stomach. Make sure the cheeks are bulging to make this look real.

If there's bugs on your shirt, you had a good ride.

Scared looks are fun too. I was at Boomers last month and I bought a pic of me having a really scared look and my hands on the bar. It was a horrible pic though because the cameras get 3 rows at a time, and I was in the front row of the car. So it was centered on the kid behind me, and the people in the back of the car were making out. But I was in the bottom corner of the picture holding onto the bars.

I had a great picture of me on Mean Streak getting strangled, but I didn't buy it...I should have.

When I go there with my friends, we also make funny ride photos.

What is most anticipated event of 2003? the debut of Dragster, the release of Metallica's new album, the release of Terminator 3, or the release of Matrix:Reloaded...tough call.

My best on-ride photo is me and my dad on Face/Off @ PKI in 99. I knew that there was a camera there, but I was just in so much awe from the ride that I just dropped my jaw and left it that way. The pic came out great. Also keep in mind that I was 12 back then.

Me n my friends rode the Woodstock Express (we always do stupid things @ cp when together, like the Mine Ride "30"...lol) so we did the sleeping one, the Charlie's Angels one, and the scared to death one. The funniest part was watching all the lil kids get a kick out of it, and their parents all staring at us...lol

OMG! The Space Spiral is leaning!!" Must be the weight of that new air conditioning system everyone keeps hypothesizing about...

My photo from Millennium is in my profile. I'm the one w/o the shirt.

Peace I'm Out

For My first on Top Thrill Dragster I'm not going to do anything I want to see the pure fear and excitement on my face. :)
