im not affraid of roller coasters but the thaught of just having to go on the lifts is kinda scary. whats it like ? not gonna lie its seems like it would be kind of scary
the only life I've ever walked on is the iron dragon, so it's only 100 feet or so. But it's totally fine, just hold onto the hand railing and be careful with your steps! you're going to have to look down when walking back down, just focus on the steps and not what's under it.
Actually, it's a pretty exhilarating experience! :D

It is kinda scary. And depending on your ride, you may not have to do a lift walk. But it is usually windy and the lift will sway. I know people who have thrown up at the top of lift walks. But anyway, you may not even go up your lift on a daily basis. Some rides, you will need to go up the lift a lot for people who have cameras, but some it will only be for emergencies or down times. A lot of people enjoy lift walks though, in all honesty. You'll be fine!
I love loft walks. I did one on meanstreak and going up was easy... The view was amazing!!!! Going down was the hardest because my mind was playing tricks on me with my eyes. So I kept second guessing what step i was going to next. But imade it down alive. I love running up the lift to get cameras tho!!!

Lift walks are really awesome! You'll do one with whoever is training you on your first day. It's definitely very exhilarating and an awesome view of the entire park! The steps are a little steep and not very wide and to be honest it can be pretty tiring to walk all the way up the stairs!

that would be soo scary!!! lol im on snake river falls so i dont ive never even seen that ride before its a water ride
If you are on Snake River Falls you will be walking up daily since you have a position at the top at all times (i'm 99% sure on this and somebody who knows more or worked the ride could clarify).
In general if your coaster has a lift you will walk up the lift once the first day you train at the ride. Any other times would be for mechanical downtime to talk to the guests (possibly walkdown) or to get a camera/cell phone. On your first lift walk your TL/ATL will explain the procedures for both situations. The roller coasters with no lift walks are Millennium Force, Top Thrill Dragster, and Wicked Twister.

you'll have to walk up snake's lift everyday for the most part, there's a position up there but walking up isn't too bad, it's only 82 feet
