Hi, I might be working as a reservation clerk/guest accommodations employee this summer. I wanted an inside scoop on the job. What's it like? Do you work in the same hotel the whole time? Are you able to work at the front desk at all?
Thanks!
Reservation clerks are all in the same office. The office is located inside of hotel breakers.
They do not work at any of the hotel front desks, and the interactions with guests is just on the phone.
The reservation clerk makes reservations for all the hotel properties not just hotel breakers where the office is located.
You sit in your cubical and work on a computer all day with your headset on, giving information about the rooms, the different style hotels, and the park in general :)
Hello,
My name is Tylar Linson and I applied for the reservation/registration clerk and I was hoping you could tell me what they do and how much they make.
