Reride with No Line Policy

So basically everyone is agreeing that re-rides work well when no one is waiting, and they've never seen significant issues at parks that allow it.

Again, here's what the decision on this matter should come down to. Will we upset more guests allowing re-rides or not allowing re-rides when no one else is waiting for their seat?
