Rehiring Question

I worked in ride ops last year and I had no points or any steps. I was an ideal worker until I quit a few days before my last day due to change in school. I re-applied last month for a different department and I had an interview this past Friday. The interview seemed to go well, but the supervisor said she would look over my application and contact ride ops and would get back to me if interested. Does anyone have a similar experience? Do you think I will be contacted back or if she was just being nice giving me an interview? I do regret quitting early last season.

Thanks!

you shouldn't have a problem. I didn't finish my contract first season, got re-hired for my second season didn't finish my contract again and was re-hired for a third season but was unable to make it - I don't think they are too concerned with not finishing your contract, they are more interested on if you had any points, what kind of employee you were and if you gave them notice that you were leaving or not.. As long as you didn't just up and leave and not say anything you should be fine...

Whenever you transfer departments, even during the off season, they talk to your previous department to make sure that the transition to a new department goes smoothly
