Regional interviews

I got a call today from Ryan Reeve asking if I would like to set up an interview for their regional interviews. I was wondering if these were offered to everyone who applies or if certain people get these.

I think the regional interviews is when they come out to your campus and interview people for a job. I think it's after they are done with the phone interviews.

Well I never had a phone interview they went straight to the regional interview. So is this good?

last year i had a regional interview for food service. i didnt get it though. i think some managers just like to interview in person. i ended up getting a job as a ride host last year instead.

This is the first time I have ever applied because I turned 18 at the end of last season. I'm extremely nervous because I have never had a formal interview. So I don't know what to say/ how to act.

Regional interviews are set up for those that live within a certain distance of specific sites........like anyone living within an hour of sandusky is asked to come to the local recruiting sessions. So if you are asked to go to a regional its because you live within the area of where they are conducting interviews. They try to do as many in person interviews as possible.
