Rec Center

Ok, last year I know the rec center opened later in May( if remember correctly) Is that when it usually opens, or was last year later than normal? And anyone know when it's opening up this year? I'm not really concerned about the food or anything, more for the exercise equipt so I don't get to be a lazy bum again. :)

I think last year was later than normal since they did not have the staffing yet to open the Rec Center. Hopefully that will be different for this season. We shall see shortly.

Has anyone heard anything about when the Rec opens? month-wise not time...Like will it be open at the beginning of May or August? ;)

Also does anyone know about any deals with YMCA's in the area for memberships?

Must...have...rec...center....

Just for the computers though. I can't live without my internet access. I must be able to access rec.roller-coaster and my e-mail, and especially my PayPal account for transferring money from my 5th/3rd account to my bank account back home. Even if I'm stuck with a 30 minute time limit and dialup. Its good enough. Those pay-by-the-minute pieces of crap in the commons lobby won't cut it by any means.
