Raptor rules the Sky

Ok I just wanted to start a topic about the best Ride in the park its not the fastest or the tallest but its still has the guest coming back to the park to ride Raptor. Yea there not there just to ride Raptor but is still pulling Great numbers after 13 years of service and with little down time (part from last years lift problems but it only lasted like 8 hours or the rain but not all coasters can run in the rain). so people if you are a fan let the world of Pointbuzz hear you. Say it loud, say it proud (I LOVE THE RAPTOR !!!). One more thing dont take stuff from people thats not down with the dirty Bird.

I love Raptor. There is something about going upside down in a very open ended train with your feet dangling that you can't quite get anywhere else. Well, maybe in a B&M Floorless... but... yeah.

Hey Corey - It's after 12 years of service...this will be Raptor's 13th season! ;-)

Heh... it's 12 years old but this is its 13th running season.

For some reason I didn't even read the first post...

Always leave it to Raptor to get their Numbers wrong ;) hahaha...

HAHA - Well...we all knew what was going on...and since I'll be filling out the DOR...I guess it's good that I'm the one that knew what was going on and caught it, huh! ;-)

Ok, Im just posting to remind all the people out there that at the time of me posting this the Mantis crew is right on our tails of posts with 12 to our 14 now I know that you are not going to let the Mantis crew out post the fans and crew of the Raptor.

Were any of you on Raptor crew last summer/fall when the weird hippies were in line and security ended up throwing them out.

They were throwing peanut shells all over the ground and were asked to stop and then they went into this huge spew about how they're organic and they were picking up cigarette butts from the park all day long.

Funniest people I have ever waited in line behind.

And Raptor crew, I'll see you guys opening day =)

Yea... I was the one who had to deal with them.

The best part was when the guy denied to Security that he had any peanuts and then said to me: "Did you see me with any peanuts?" And I responded: "Yea, you put them in your pocket".

He said "Thats right!" and pulled them out for the police to see.

We'll see ya there opening day PunkyPiko! :-D Only 50 more days!!! Get excited!!!

Here I go again, Matt, with my posting spree. ;-) I will do everything in my power to make this summer work.

That was during my week there. It was the most...interesting? downtime I've ever waited through.
