LuvRaptor,Hooper- I too haven't noticed the brake run being any slower, but that feeling may be just because the lack of intervals (or almost intervals) would obviousely equate to a slower brake run?

It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that? :)
Yeah the intervals have been a bit slower in the busy months compared to may, but that is pretty much expected.

"This second hill is my favorite part of the ride. It is so Cool!"
TTD Status: "Contaminates in the system" S.K. Per my conversation
I was there on July 4th, that was my only negative experience, as I got into the station, they could of been charged with inducing panic. Though I don't know why they did it, the ride operator started yelling on the p.a. "the harnesses are now released, unload the train immediately" or something like that. All of the sudden the gates opened and the loading crew started yelling at riders to step back into the gates, it was kind of scary. I figured that they could of got people off faster by talking to them calmly, cause when of course when you yell at them, they are going to stop and look at you. ( I know that's not Raptor Crews fault). Does anybody know what would cause this kind of reaction from the crew?

Life has it's ups and downs, might as well make it on a coaster!
I clocked the ride time at 2:40, which is at most two seconds short, and can be accounted for by the crew making interval. I clocked the interval yesterday at 66 seconds, which is a bit problematic in that 66 seconds is slightly too short. From the time one train leaves until that train returns is 160 seconds. If the second train leaves 66 seconds after the first train leaves, and the third train leaves 66 seconds after the second train leaves, that means after the second train leaves it will be another 28 seconds before the third train gets back. Accordingly, when the crew is running that fast, there is a slight delay after the third train in waiting for the first train to come back, perhaps another 30 seconds, so the interval is really something like 66-66-90-66-66-90. Which is odd; this is why on Magnum they dispatch not when the first block is clear, but once the train clears the second hill, to give them intervals of about 75-75-75 (even though the train is ready after about 65).
