Exactly. Why on earth would trains show up before even any survey markings have been spotted?
That’s what I've been wondering.
Where are the markers??!!!....land/surveying markers I mean. :)
But it could still be too early in the season so I guess we shouldn't leave out every possibility. Let's just hope we see some signs soon.

The markers have been seen in FronterTown by CCMR and SRF. By the way, when did Maxair's markers show up?

That's a good a point MF_Man. But I don't think that the trains would show up this early. Unless there hidding something from us. Exactly CP4eva'04, well said.
Markings, railcar container, people talking about major changes in the park and a pic to show what might be in the railcar. So many things to think and talk about!! Remember 2000s saying, "The furture is riding on it." 2002: "Building for the furture."

Sorry, man. I just happen to think that roller coasters shouldn't throw people out of them, shouldn't need modifications to the support structures after a year of operation, shouldn't throw things at riders, shouldn't shred various steel parts of themselves, should run more than I do, and shouldn't require their crews to be informally trained to duck and cover if they hear something snap.
I'm a bit picky. ;)

Those are completely unrelated. "The Future Is Riding On It" is Millennium Force's tagline... it's a play on words. Like Mantis' "How Much Can You Stand?" or Raptor's "Kick The Sky", Wicked Twister's "Break The Scream Barrier", Dragster's "Race For The Sky"....
"Building For The Future" was simply a 'Pardon our dust' construction sign... there's no mysterious connection to be made between them.

Here's the sign when it was used for Dragster's construction. *** Edited 8/18/2005 8:13:03 PM UTC by TTD 120mph***

I'm still thinking these containers can hold things other than a roller coaster/ride.

If Ty got his hands on Cedars the building would be down in minutes...not hours.
Hey, they should do a Trading Spaces episode. Have some of the guys from Cedars move into Kinzel's house for a weekend and he can move over to Cedar's for the weekend!

"The Future is riding on it" maybe a tagline but also you have to think on what is means. Wasn't TTD built in the future?? Watch Rob Deckers interview, the very first part tells its all. And they are related!!
That railcar could mean a lot. It might be parts. Or it can be the actual trains. Let's hope it's either one of those. But don't you think it's strange, CP takes out freeway, lowers prices, and tries to sell DD all in one week? I think CP has something huge up their sleeve.
Oh yeah, If you are going to Cedar Point make sure you look for more of these.
IF it is anything, I doubt it would be trains for a roller coaster. Why would trains arrive before the actual ride down.
Side note: someone correct me if that has happened before, it just doesn't see, logical to me.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
Who knows maybe Cedar Point is being sneaky this year and wants to show us the trains first. My question is if is in fact a railcar full of Track, supports, trains, equiptment, etc...Why would they put the railcar in the begining of the parking lot? They usually put their secret stuff in the Magnum Parking lot.
"Why would they put the railcar in the begining of the parking lot?"
Maybe because its not anything special. :(
