Quick TR 7/13 1700!
I will make this a quick TR, Scott Short and I made the trip out to the park and I am glad we did. There was NO line for Magnum. In the 3.5 hours I had I knocked out 23 quick rides. My fifth ride of the day was my 1700th. I sat in the ejector seat for the ride, and right before the train was dispatched I was talking to the ops about the number. The train was cleared and we were dispatched from the station. These two little kids infront of me turn around and give me one of the best quotes I have ever heard from a random CP guest "1700 is nothing, that guy on the discovery channel has ridden it more than you have!" I paused for a second and a huge smile came to my face, all I said was "really? I gotta meet that guy."
All in all the ride was running great, and I am now up to 453 laps for the year! Just 547 more!
