Quick Question About Housing...

Is there any rules about drinking in commons? i know that i shouldnt be asking seeing that i am only 18... but a good beer every now and again never hurt anyone right? (as long as you dont dare to press the limits) :) THANKS, Chris.

Number 1 you shouldn't be drinking seeing as your underage and it will be treated appropriately if you get caught doing so. As long as your 21 you can bring 72oz in. Also I forgot to mention that it cannot be consumed outside of your living residence.

Hmm, night trach crew? That doesn't sound like that appealing of a job, but you don't have to deal with customers, and wouldn't you have all day everyday to spend some time in the park?

And that is exactly why i accepted that job. it isnt really "appealing" in any sence... but i guess the fact that i am going to have all day to hang out in the park or do whatever is definately a plus. but i do have to deal with the customers at the begining and the end of my shift but that is no biggie... plus i wont have anyone watching my every move and that is a good thing. are you working at cp this summer? if so, where?

That's the biggie though. Just like college, don't get caught. If the dorms are anything like college, as long as you aren't disturbing anyone by A) being asses or B) making lots of noise then your chances to get away with it will be pretty high. If you are stupid, then you deserve to get caught.

I like the wat way that JuggaLotus put it... just as long as you arent disturbing anyone than they shouldnt disturb you... and when i drink i am pretty laid back... so i dont think that getting cought will be an issue. i think that the main issue will be to get my suds. i am sure that there will be a way tho... there always has been in the past. and besides if i am not carded i look old enough so what is the big deal?

Chances are you probably won't need to worry about it, considering you probably won't be working there for too long.

Chris: No I'm not working there, but I plan to try next summer. It sounds like a great plan to me! I probably wouldn't really like that job since I am customer oriented, but I'm sure you will have a BLAST! If I were you i'd spend as much time in the park as possible.

Also on the drinking, like Juggs said, if it's anything like college, just keep it cool, and don't be a prick. Thats the way things go in my dorms, and everything is fine.

i dont understand what you are trying to say... can you put it in simpler terms for me... you know us 18 y/o dont really understand much... damn... am i going to go to cp with beef? well if you want it than bring some chicken and we'll have a bbq. lol
