quick fix for CP offseason withdrawal

Because he doesn't know, and even suggesting that he knows and would share it here would put his job at risk.

What time does the water show start?

Didn't he just suggest that he knew what it was there for with his previous post?

If you're going to go out of your way to point something out just for the sake of showing people that you know more than them because you work there, and then not explain your comments, why draw attention to yourself in the first place...especially if it means possibly putting your job at risk?

It seems to me that a full time employee who is known to post on public message boards should be conservative in what they say, not flaunt it.

And here I thought he was full-time, but not permanent in spite of appearances to the contrary... :)

Well, Mr. Big Shot Insider, are you going to tell everyone why?

To plant those fancy flower beds?

...hence the reason why you don't boast about knowing more than the norm on boards like these...
Does anyone know what is in the very bottom-center of the cam? It is white and just looks like.....something I can't describe.

I walked by it one million times, and even now, I'm not positive without seeing it straight-on. But I'm quite sure it's. . .like. . .architectural 'theming,' just a fake wood/root sort of looking thing that runs across the top (?) of the/a building. I thought it was across Snoopy's Botique, but it doesn't seem like it's in a position for that!

That's what I remember, anyhow.

I think you are correct....if you look just to the right of that wood (?) you can see the back of snoopy's head and an ear.

I don't remember the spot but when I first saw it, it looks like a piece of drift wood

I noticed too that today they've got more cars out on the SkyRide...I think Monday they had 1, yesterday I saw 2 in camera, and today they've got 3 in camera, one going away from us, and 2 coming towards, it looks like there is someone working in the SR station too

Anyone notice anything else?

I think that the strange looking object at the center bottom of the screen is the top of the bare branches of that odd looking tree that stands against the building. I always end up standing by that tree while by husband heads off into the men's room and often wondered what kind of tree it is.

I never even thought of that tree. But yes, it does have white bark. It's quite unique looking too. If I remember right, it looks kind of like an umbrella from a distance. I used to know the name of those kinds of trees but I forgot.

I was almost right. :)

Seeing all that activity on the webcam makes me wish I were retired from my current job so I could get a job working with landscaping. Even if all i were doing was spreading mulch and planting flowers.

There have been a lot of trucks driving by the camera around 4:00 and on...I wonder what they are doing?

I'm with you, OldCPer. Calling planting stuff and spreading mulch "work" is appealing. It sure would beat what I'm doing now. (I work in Human Resources in a downsizing enviroment)

Aw, crap it's been a bad week. I can't wait to get to the Point and forget real life.
