Questions about processing in

I process in tomorrow. First what is the optimal time to show up?
What should I wear when I process in? Do I have to wear my white shoes?
If I bring a fan or something do I have to carry it around all day with the rest of my stuff?

If you want to work the day you process in and they have room for you I would say as early as possible would be the best time to process in, but if not you have till the time HR closes to come and process in. You do not have to wear anything special to process in, but you do need to be in grooming as to your face and hair. You need to be cleanly shaven and have your hair cut within the grooming regulations. As far as your stuff I would leave it in your car untill you move into your room which should be the last thing you do.
