Mybrother is an employee, and me and him want to go opening day to ride TTD. I know that he can enter the park, but what about Joe Cool? Does he need to purchase a Joe Cool pass in order to get in early, or can he not even get a Joe Cool pass? And is TTD open to Joe Cool members on opening day?

Has your brother already begun working? If so, then he will be able to get into the park as early as he likes with his ID Badge. But if he is already working, he might be scheduled to work in the morning and might not get a chance to ride TTD.

If your brother did not begin work yet, then he cannot get into the park for free until he processes in. If that is the case, then yes he would need to purchase a Joe Cool pass in order to get in for the ERT.
