I will be living in the housing, but I was just curious as to if we are allowed to hang anything on the walls - pictures, etc.
Also, is anything needed to park in the employee housing area? Like, do I need to pay for a parking permit and show my license/registration or anything?
Hanging things on the wall, I'm pretty sure it's allowed but has to be done a specific way, which I don't remember. I didn't have anything hung up last year, and neither did any of my roommates, so I really don't know on this one.
As for parking, you get a sticker put on your car when you process in. You have to just put your cars info as well as your department info, and where you're living on the form they give you. Be warned though, there are parking ban days, where you have to leave your car at Commons and ride the bus.
