Question for the employees wgo are on PointBuzz

Are you guys on PointBuzz for employee related information? Or are you on PointBuzz just for your love of the park, like us non employees of CP who are on this site. Just curious.

I started on PointBuzz years ago with a different account before I was hired, took time off then joined again when I realized I was going to be working here, but I have been watching the site for a long time

I joined right before my first season to network with other Cedar Point employees. That being said, I do love the park, so I do like to see rumors, what people are saying about the future and so forth.

During the season, I love to see what people are saying about my crews. :P

I watched Pointbuzz before joining for awhile for the pictures/trip reports/ect...I didn't join originally because I found people to be a bit off originally and somewhat creepy haha...I joined a bit before I applied and got hired just because I kinda got into the swing of things and enjoyed talking about certain rides/engineering ideas/ect.

Now I pay attention to the employee side conversing with people I worked with, ect...I mainly like it to watch what rumors and whatnot people talk about on here, and the stuff that gets brought up about my crew and ride...Like the hilarious article about the white train being run on fathers day this year...That statement made my day...Then the guest compliments and whatnot this year that I saw when people talked about our crew...Stuff like that means alot to us...well me at least lol

I really found out about pointbuzz from coasterbuzz and joined from there about a year before I worked at CP. So to answer the OP, I am both here for my love of the park and employee info.

I am on PointBuzz as a past employee and a CP fan. I wanted to keep up with the latest rumors/news and interact with people that share my enjoyment of the park.

I joined to ask questions about employment and because I love following up on guest's visits. Pretty much the exact same reason as TheDevarious

I was an guest on PB well before I was an employee at the park. I loved participating in the rumors and watching the construction of rides.

Same here.. long time guest before taking the plunge.

i joined because i didnt have much knowledge of the park before applied an worked there last year an am an will stick around because i really really really loved working there an if i could get the time off of work to and work there again this summer i would but i cant so ill just watch from here i guess :\
