I think a quieter B&M is called for at the front gate. You've got the picnic pavilions up there, all the business of the front gate, the carousel and last but not least, people who live just a couple hundred yards away.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and speculate that every last one of those neighbors bought their houses after Cedar Point opened.
