The info thread says "Basically, all things being equal (i.e. dry weather), here is a breakdown of the busiest days, in order: Saturday, Wednesday/Monday/Friday/Thursday/Tuesday/Sunday. "
I have read in other threads that Cedar Point runs deals on days they arent busy to try and fill the park. In July they were selling discount tickets for Wednesdays and Sundays. In the above quote Wednesday is listed as the second busiest day of the week.
I am confused are Wednesdays really busy or potentially a good day to go?
In my experiences Wednesdays seem to be a little busier than Tuesday or Thursdays but less crowded than the weekend. The promotion is probably getting more people into the park on Wednesdays, so expect a larger than normal crowd.
I like going on Thursdays, when there's a chance of rain, usually having about 20-40 minute lines for the major coasters.

There have been so many topics on this. I have found the answer on so many other trip planning threads.
The archived info topic Walt made is really accurate.
Pepsi Refresh is saving one coaster at a time: http://pep.si/bTTsfc
Just my 2 cents, but I suggest going when school is back in for the kids. I usually go early September and the lines are nothing, picking a mid week day helps even more.
80+ coasters and counting

I read the archived info which said Wednesday was the second busiest day. That info made me wonder why they were running a sale on Wednesdays.
