Question about the review process ?

When i log onto https://jobs.cedarfair.com/cedarpoint/index.cfm

it says
Your application is currently on review by our hiring managers for the job choices that you indicated.

How long does this process take ?

It took me 3 weeks to receive an email

One day for review, a week for an email, a week for Skype Interview and hired on the spot, so about 2 to 3 weeks for me. Follow up in a week if you have not heard anything.

Applied on Dec. 29, got an email for a phone interview on Feb 1, had an interview around Feb 20, hired two days later.
But I applied ferociously early, so they should respond a little sooner :)

I just put in an app april 5 2013 and have a couple questions.

1. is that wayyy to late

2.Im only 17 but will be 18 in june is that bad? will I not get hired

3.should i go to an open interview or wait until they call me

4.how long until they call

There is still time for you to get hired so don't worry about it at all your good!!! it could take some time and also if your application still has the up for review call HR and check up on your application!!!
