question about the employee night out to baseball games

How do they chose what game they are going to go see? Is there a vote among employees or do they just chose any old game? I would like to see the sox play this summer, but seeing as I'm not going to be in Boston, my only chance is while the Sox are playing in Cleveland.

When I was there, it was decided by the group that hosts all the employee events (gah, the 3 letter acronym escapes me)... ESD? ERC?...bah...
