Question about requesting off

Is it hard to ask for time off? Should I send my manager an email now or should I wait until I process in, or wait for some time after that. I just want to call of 3 maybe 4 days off at the end of July. Does anyone think this will be a huge issue? Thank you!

If you know the days you will need off I would do it now. Your managers would probably like it better the sooner they hear about it.

During the interview, I requested dates off for my sisters wedding and she said not a problem, and also said if anything changes call or email her back. So I would think it would be the same for you, just call or email your hiring person

The earlier you do it the better. It's first come first serve, and depending on staffing and such they may deny it if you wait too long, if they know about it now it gives them time to plan accordingly.
