Question about processing in

I've heard that in the past, check in with HR can take up to 2-3 hours. On my schedule, I have processing at 11:00-11:20am and almost immediately after that I have rides check-in at 11:30- 12:00. I'm concerned that I won't get out of processing in time to make it to rides check in. Has processing in been streamlined in any way that it no longer takes such a long time, or is this a mistake on my schedule?

I believe for the 2012 season, they started scheduling process in times for employees rather than the old style first come first serve way. When they had that system, processing times definitely took up to a few hours.

That's how I interpreted it, you have a scheduled time to avoid a mass of people prolonging the process.
