Question about points...

Um, maybe this is a stupid question, but if I had points on my record from the last time I worked at Cedar Point, would they still be there this summer? Or do you start clean every summer?

i would hope clean contract = clean points

They do clear away any points from the previous year..So you'll start from scatch (0) again the next summer.

Never been a 'Point Employee. What infractions do you get points for.. and how many?

no actually-you continue with points that u got th previous summer

i beleive i am on my like 100 point

You do start with a clear slate each season.

If you had an attendance problem the previous year do not make the same mistake this season. If you do you may not have the opportunity to work off your points.

How many points do you need till you get the boot? I am curious as to how the rules have changed over the years. Is there still a company doctor like we had in '80 or is healthcare entirely on your own? Some different points of view would be entertaining.
