question about housing

Hey guys i have a question i have a friend whom for the past year has been a exchange student in germany. She comes home on the 1 of july and i will not get to see her when she comes home , anyway my question is would she be allowed to stay the night for one night in my dorm as long as my roomate are alright with it ?

Nope. No visitors past 12am.
