Is there microwaves in the break areas or at least something to heat up some ramen noodles or easy mac??

Yes almost all break area's have microwaves. They also have vending machines both snack and pop. The machines are cheaper than the rest of the park also but only employees are allowed there so if your visiting with non-employees they are not allowed in the break area.

The break area at the front of the park by the employee entrance gate also has food machines that have sandwiches and such. There are a few more of those machines around but that one is used most by seasonal employees.
