Progress this season

I'm just checking to see how everyone is doing this season. I have heard alot about people getting fired and resigning, is there anyone on here who is still enjoying their job at the point, and if you know me, email me sometime, my name is Brian, and I use to work at hotel breakers.

Hey Brian,

I worked in Breakers for a short while this season til I hurt my hand. Sure you heard a bit about that.

Then I worked with Park Operations doing FreeWay and Admissions, until I got sick. Now I'm home in Michigan hoping to recover in time for next season.

Yea, I remember you, you were Tony. Hey, I hope you are doing ok right now, and I am doing fine working at a car wash near my house making more money than what I did at CP. I am not planning on going back next season, as I had things taken from me, and I couldn't stand all of the alcoholics at CP either.

Everybody knows Tony the fart bag.... A lot of people got stuff taken from them this year. Heck I remeber a couple guys complaining there was an Xbox, a few games, and several DVDs taken from their apartment. Quite a few posters up around commons offering a reward for information about that one.

As for the alcoholics. Our American colleges clearly have a problem with alcoholism, and were does Cedar Point get a good chunk of its employees? But through recruiting campaigns at the colleges. Thats smart to get intelligent people. But a lot of these kids going to college aren't gonna give two farts and a turd for our beloved park. Or even those of us employees not going to UofM or Nortre Dame.

I'm not gonna say all the college kids were bad. Just some if not most we're quite conceited. Now their was some good work ethic ammoungst the internationals and those employees comming to make a little money and see the park for the summer.

But we probably should make another thread for this discussion. Plus I don't know if our good friend Dick Kinsel would like to hear about some of the inter employee problems getting out. I could rant on for hours about some of the stuff that took place there.

Okay, why do they take things from you...I can understand if its like porn movies or something, but why take other stuff from you?

Theivery is just in some peoples blood. Why buy an Xbox when you can steal one from the guy next door? I don't truely know why someone could be like this. I can't afford anything really nice like a Xbox. But it doesn't mean I'm gonna go rip some guy off.
