Processing in

Has anyone else come across the problem with scheduling your processing in time? When I went to schedule, the dates for the classes were weeks before the actual processing in, but clearly at the bottom of the email the site sends you it says you must process in before the date of your classes

I called HR yesterday and they said that the classes will become available once it gets close to may, also they said right now may 6th times for processing in are blacked out, which is stupid because I feel like most people will process in then!

I am supposed to process in on May 6th. For now I put May 4th because its all that is available. It says that you can schedule within 3 days of your hire date.

I had the same problem...I tried doing my process in time but they don't have Saturday and Sunday options for the second half of May, and that's the time I'm supposed to process in. I'll probably end up calling HR either today or Monday.

Its really a horrible process. they give you a limited time to process in, with the stipulation it has to be scheduled, 24 hrs before your start day. Most of us in college cant take a day to just go process in before work-not to mention the line is long (I waited almost 7 hrs one day after getting there at 9am on a friday of skipping classes) you cant leave the line and sometimes HR is very fussy. You would think they would be able to expidite it. It would help if the HR employees filing your paperwork and tax forms could speak english.

That wasn't really what I was asking, and the whole process of it has gotten easier so, yeah.

Yeah, everything is online and my manager said that the classes will become available around March.
