Processing In

I am planning on working at CP the first day that it opens, but I have a problem. My fiance is graduating on May 5. There is no way that I am going to miss that for CP. The graduation is around 1pm and I don't think that I would make it to CP in time before Human Resorces closes to process in. Is there any way I could process in the morning of May 6th, before the park opens? I couldn't work the first day of the season without processing in, could I? Last year, CP didn't officially open until a week after I got out of school. This year, they are opening up TWO DAYS after I get out of school. Is Ball State the only school in this situation?

I know you can process in and work the same day, because thats what I did last year. (wish I hadn't though!)

Working before processing in, don't know.

Well there is a chance that Cedar Point might have extended hours for processing in. You can process in the morning the park opens becasue Human Resources will be open at 8 am...... you can check into housing and all Sat. and then go process in early in the morning..... and get to work later that day depending on the departments needs! And no you cant work without processing in!

I would advise calling your manager. I got caught in traffic and almost missed HR last year. If you come up after HR is closed they will usually provide you with housing for the night as long as you have a copy of your contract or your manager calls ahead.
