Hey everyone, quick question. Does the season pass center open right at the park opening, or does it open when tickets are sold?
It is almost always open at least an hour before Point Perks Starts.

What do you mean by Point Perks? Early entry? Sorry, I'm not familiar with the term.
I'll be at the park May 21-22 and I need to get my platinum pass processed, but I won't be getting into my hotel until after the park closes on May 20th. I was hoping that I could get my pass processed the morning of the 21st before 9:00 am so that it didn't eat into my early entry time. Is this possible?
Point Perks is early entry. If you need info I suggest calling because sometimes the Season Pass Center is varying on time.

Okay new situation. I want to process my pass, then drive to the back of the park for a game of Challenge Golf before entry. How would I manage this? Anyone know if you can park at the front of the park, and then move to the soak city lot?
You can definitely do this. There is an exit from the parking lot to Perimeter road just behind the lot in front of the Season Pass Center. This map shows the road. Just make a right from the parking lot onto Perimeter Road and you are on your way!

Thanks so much! When I first get there, should I tell them that I'm processing a pass?
I did that yesterday. Just drive into the main lot (as you will be directed to), park, go to the season pass centre and do your thing, then go back to your car and head back to the Soak City lot.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
Finally got around to posting about the passes.. So I went to Knott's in January, and processed there. All was well. Until this past weekend.. My pass didn't scan right on Saturday, but there was a supervisor right at the gate, and as I was the first one through, he just looked at my pass with my picture and let me go.
However Sunday I had a little more time on my hands, so I went through, and again it didn't scan. So I took it to Guest Relations and they told me that I could get it switched over to a CP pass at the Season pass center. By that time the season pass line was rather long though, so I'm hoping to do it next time I visit. Nonetheless, this seems like a major hassle that shouldn't be necessary, in my mind. Ok I'll stop complaining now :) And before you say it, I'll do it myself.

We went to Kings Dominion last weekend to process passes that had been bought through Cedar Point. We got a voucher and now have KD platinum passes. I just hope we have better luck with the scanner than you when we go to Cedar Point in June.
We arrive on a Saturday but aren't planning on going into the park until Sunday. I may try to stop by the gate on Saturday just to make sure the pass works. I'd hate to lose out on ERT Sunday morning by messing around with Guest Relations.
