Power Tower Question

Some where I have heard that Power Tower employees "or any employees" ride Power Tower on days that are staff parties. But on Power Tower they strap them-selves in but they put the harness as far up as it can go and ride the ride. Is this true or just something someone made up?

Something made up.....I have never seen it. Usually the big heads are there and watch, So i think highly unlijely

Thats not true, employees are still guests on their ride.

Thats almost like saying the people who work for GM and purchase cars through them get less restraint in their seatbelts so its not as tight.

That rumor started the year it opened, which was also the year I was part of the crew on it. It's a very old tale of two kids who went home and told their mommies that an operator on the ride left their harnesses up too much. The case was closed, and no such act was found to be true. People like to make up rumors to mess others up. We (PTC '98) hate having to hear about this cuz it's over, and never found to be true. So let's get on with our lives and quit spreading crap like this. Thank you for allowing me to vent. I'm done now.
