Po!nter Winter Get Together

After a wonderful afternoon ;) some fellow Po!nters, (AKA: my Groupies ;)) Matt (Skykicker) Tony (Tony) Dave (Dodge em Dave) and I headed to the Sandusky TGIFs. There we got to meet up with several other Pointers in what turned out to be a really fun time. There were other GTTP'ers there as well, Scott (Shivering Tim) Dave (CPDave) to name a few, as well as a few CP celebrities. Most of our discussion was,of course, about TTD. For anyone who hasn't snuck a peek at TTD since fall you have to get to Battery Park for the skyline has forever changed. I thought I was afraid about riding this ride before, now it's even worse! We spent most of our time together talking about previous CP trips and the '03 trips to come. It was definitely a great day and night which only was completed when who did we see?? Yup, that's right Mr. Skyward! Noticing how many people in our group noticed him and said something proves he is definitely a celebrity. He made eye contact with me and when he walked by our group we thought for sure he would come over, but he may have been intimidated by all the people. It was a shock seeing him without his coaster blown hair, and come to think about it I don't think he had on a CP shirt!!! I sadly left my CP buds and Sandusky, my stomach sore from all the laughing, and my excitement for the '03 season has escalated even higher than it had been before. TTD is going to rock!! I had a great time seeing CP, TTD, and all my fellow Po!nters. Thanks to TGIFs for tolerating us crazy people, oh, and thanks to Mr Kinzel for the milkshake too! :)

I wish I could have made it to Friday's. I thought I'd be able to but ended up having to take care of some other business. Sounds like it was a fun time.

That poor horse;) What a great time it was. It was great seeing of you pointers again and the summer is going to rock. Especially with a 420 ft Tower to rocket into the sky on. Good times ahead indeed. Thanks Mr Kinzel for the Milkshake!:) Yummy!!!

brennan: Battery Park's "what" is a park which sits across Sandusky Bay. Not really a park persay, more of a dock than a park. It is located in downtown Sandusky close to Damons. I hope this helped!

Not exactly any time soon--however the GOCC Spring Event this year is at Hersheypark on May 10th. I know of several Po!nters who will be there! :)
