I would agree. Other than that, this new launch of PointBuzz is amazing.

One other thing that would be nice is a place where you can get to a certain page in the topic. Say there's a 200 page thread and you last read it at 185, it would be nice if you could just type in 185 instead of keep pressing the back button until you get to 185. Just a couple suggestions :)

^^The button next to the topic name takes you to the last post you read. There is no need to go back page by page.

About the background

Who asked me a question about the background?

One of my favorite elements of this forum is the fact it doesn't mark the whole forum read if you just visit and read 2 out of 10 threads. I hate vbulletin when you show up after months or days or weeks away and there's 200 new threads and it marks them all read 30 minutes after you show up.

I would personally welcome some background choices or a change. Surfing Pointbuzz from work is kinda obvious with bright orange. :)

Yeah, there are video forums I frequent (infrequent?) and that drives me nuts. There are a lot of little things like that, that I've always paid attention to. Turning off signatures and avatars is another one. The mobile stuff I'm really happy with (see CB), and it really validates my notion that less is more.

I like this type of forum layout because it's easy to read and navigate. I've been to other forums and their layouts confuse me. I would be open to changing the backround with GateKeeper though. :)

And here I thought it was just a generic coaster backdrop Jeff uses for all his coaster web sites. ;)

Does anyone remember way back when some PC games would have a hot key that would display a fake spreadsheet, so you could play at work and hide the screen when someone walked by? Maybe tise site needs a feature like that :).

I'm just happy these sites have a relatively low volume and haven't been picked up by the automatic content filters my company uses.

The NCAA Tournament Live Feeds page had that feature last year. It would open some fake emails. :)

I agree RPM. In a way, I'm glad Coasterbuzz games isn't still around, otherwise CB might not make it through the firewall.

Also, it would be nice to have changeable (did I spell that right?) background colors. I have seen it before. You go into preferences and you have like 4 or 5 choices of colors. Maybe?
