Platinum Pass Point Perks

Since I heard about Millennium Force in 2000 I've dreamed of going to Cedar Point. This summer I'm going to finally do the 9500 mile trip from Sydney!

I'll going to be travelling around California and visiting a few other theme parks to make the trip more worthwhile. My question is, if I purchase a Platinum Pass from Knott's Berry Farm, will I be entitled to "Point Perks" at Cedar Point? The website does not make it clear. If not, I'm thinking I might forfeit the day at Knott's Berry Farm and just buy a Platinum Pass when I get to Cedar Point. I probably won't be able to afford to stay at the resort, so I'm interested in the free parking and early entry benefits.

"Point Perks is automatically included with your Platinum Pass and includes Exclusive Ride Time sessions, Early Entry, in-park discounts, hotel benefits and more."

Yes, when you buy a PP you get Platinum benefits at all CF parks, at CP that means an hour of ERT, and at KI that means a half hour of ERT most days (1 hour Saturday) on at least Diamondback and the Beast.
