I couldn't find info anywhere about it, so I'll ask here. I know the challenge park opens on the 9th to the GP, but I heard that platinum pass holders can get a friend who also has a platinum pass, onto a pay per ride for free. Me and my friend want to ride skyscraper on the 9th, and I was just curious as to how this works.
Platinum pass holders can buy one flight admission, get one FREE (not valid on Saturdays).

I think the reason you got to go again on RipCord for the "buy one get one free" coupons was because they sell tickets by flight and not by person. So if I remember correctly, if people bought the $45 three-person flight, they all got another ride with the coupon.
Maybe Skyscraper would be the same, but since it will probably sell tickets for individual rides rather than multi-person ones, I bet you could get 2 people to go on for the price of one. Of course, that would make the most sense for capacity purposes as they will load in two person seats, so then there would be two people going for the discount and not one person going solo twice needing to get paired up with another single rider both times.
On another note...
Where at CP.com would I find and print my Platinum Pass voucher?
EDIT:
Wow. Within 2 minutes of asking via their commenting system, I received a new copy of my order confirmation email. Now that's service!

I would'nt be too worried. Skyscraper is really an oversized, glorified fair ride. It should'nt take too much time to get built and operating. The only concern I have is it getting state certified before May 9.
Do you know how long it takes to get a ride certified, or what the certification process is? Does it just need to run x amount of hours with no people on it without falling apart or what?

C point would plan the certification ahead to make sure it works out and those on may 9th will not be dissapointed
