Thanks everyone! Tried Cameo's this past trip and have to agree with some of you that it is better then Chet and Matts( found to be good pizza). I wouldn't say greatly, but indeed the crust is better. I have written down these other places that all of you suggested, and will try on future trips.
I believe Chet and Matt are the sons of the Cameo owners.
My wife will be having some next week. Maybe she can smuggle a piece or two on the plane for me.
Frankly, I like Cameo and Chet and Matt's equally but C&M is more convenient to the Point.

I believe Chet and Matt are the sons of the Cameo owners.
They are relations to the original Cameo owners, but it was not an equitable or friendly parting. Sandusky, Ohio is very strange in that respect. Families in a business will have a feud, and the parties will split, and some of them will open a competing business in the same field, sometimes right next door!
To wit: Balconi monuments on US 250 at Perkins Avenue. For many years, there were two Balconi businesses, selling cemetery monuments, right next door to each other on that same lot. Separate, competing, unfriendly. The other has now gone out of business.
The same thing happened in the flower business. Corso Greenhouse on US 250 & the Corso Florist on Cleveland Road (US 6). Also, Colonial Gardens in Huron. Same family name, same business, but no business or familial ties, and very much in cut-throat competition with each other.
Fish Business: DeMores. That family has been in the fish business in Sandusky for more years than I've been alive, and there have been several separate, non-related establishments under the same name. Of course, the DeMores on Perkins Avenue is no longer owned by the DeMore family. You want the original DeMore's fish? Go to Captain D's Seafood, on US 250 (across from the aforementioned Corso's Greenhouse). That place is run by the latest generation of the original Demore family.
Gotta be something in the Sandusky Bay water. Must be. That's the only reason I can figure. Where else but Sandusky would they call an underpass a subway? And, I'm proud to be a native. :)

I think we'll be checking out Chet and Matt's when we're at CP next Monday -> Wednesday.
As a plus, when I was looking up driving directions from our hotel to C&Ms, I found out that our hotel is much closer to the causeway than I had originally anticipated.
Bonus!!!

Until the price jack up on the buffet this year and the deletion of online coupons, I would have argued for East of Chicago, but anymore its not that great a deal
What's the price like on the East of Chicago buffet nowadays?
I'm wondering if I should bypass it for Chet and Matt's, or do both..
But it depends on what the prices are like for both of them.
Anyone wanna help out?
Since I'm driving all the way from Memphis, TN I want to spend every possible hour at the park. Are any of these places open after the park closes?
Most of them are open late hours, especially on the weekends. Cameo is good until at least midnight, Pizza Brothers at least 11pm. Chet & Matt's prolly at least that late. The best advice is to give 'em a call to find out.
