At least to me it was.

Not that I eat much better, but that stuff is REALLY BAD!

A more typical day for me goes more like this (this is exactly what I ate yesterday, in fact):
Breakfast: a bowl of Cheerios with fresh fruit (a small sliced banana in this case), skim milk, with a cup of decaf coffee (ok, I use a few drops of half-n-half there). No added sugar on the cereal, either, btw...
Lunch: low-fat turkey on a whole wheat pita (REAL whole wheat bread, not the food-coloring-added crap that usually sells as "wheat bread" but actually has no fiber in it), with sliced tomato, and a pear.
Dinner: a baked sweet potato with just a touch of butter and cinnamon/brown sugar; a baked tilapia filet topped with lemon low-fat sour cream and sliced tomato; steamed fresh asparagus.
My cholesterol level is a very healthy 135, with an HDL number HIGHER than the LDL. Not just a good ratio, an inverted one. My blood glucose levels are well-controlled, and my weight is stable at 130 lbs.
When you eat like that most of the time, the occasional fatbomb on a stick is NOT going to kill you.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Go on eating CP's food. I'll probably die first, anyway.
