It'll take years for the trees on the Project 2007 site to look that good... [sigh...] :(

Rippin & Mr. Ink,
Actually, I feel like a ding dong because I looked again at the Wicked Twister and it's actually a T- shape on the Wicked Twister and not a V-shape. However, I'm sticking to my theory of it being a short launch similar to Wicked Twister. Damn, I hope they make room somewhere! They usually do and I want to go on an actual long roller coaster and not a short one. But are you going to try that theory on your program, Mr. Ink? ;-)
I think the sign that says "There's a change a comin'" infers that actual structuarl work will begin soon. I.E. going from footer work to actual steel work. Supposedly there are also some pretty long supports out there now. After the first set of steel is actually up, You all could proably finish the layout before it's even announced.

First, the sign wouldn't infer anything. It would imply something and you, in turn, would infer from that.
Second, that sign has been there for quite some time and, i assure you, has absolutely nothing to do with them starting vertical construction.
Yeah, they wouldnt put up a sign "inferring" the time when vertical construction begins. Though parks sometimes use signs that imply when the coaster will be announced.

I still don't get what you're saying. The way it should have been worded was: I think the sign that says "There's a change a comin'" might imply/implies (take your pick) that actual structural work will begin soon.

I sure do love the wat that part of Storm Runner looks. it's so purty.
Cedar Point could use another pretty ride. MF is pretty, but it's so bare boned. I like the look of Mantis, Iron Dragon in the lagoon and Raptor how they "knot" up at points. Disaster Transport could pull this off if they would remove it from that building.
I hope project 2007 does the same thing.

That's what I was trying to say. ;-)
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I still haven't had time for the vert launch, but hang in there :)
The more I think about it, It'd have to be like a LIM launch inti a vert LIM launch unless you chain-lifted the train into position for the vert LIMs.... hmmm.... Does anyone see another way to get toe vertical launch?

Well, to all who were hoping to see me to a vert launch, I'm sorry :( :(
It looks like it'd take 1 or 2 hours to make this look anywhere near realistic... and realistic isn't necessarily good, lol. I'd have to airbrush track pieces and it wouldn't be pretty so I gotta begrudingly turn this one down :(
BUT, if anyone has any more ideas, they might be better compatible with the photos I have available so let me know!

Okay, they do have a T-bar that's similar to the Wicked Twister. I saw it in a pic with the blue tarped thingy...which looks like a train if you look at the back of it.
These look similar to the supports that hold up the track to the Wicked Twister. I just thought that it was strange on how many they have laying out there!
