I don't think so anyway :)

BTW, nice job on all the logos, everyone - I like em :)

Hey, great job on all of the logos. I have crazy idea as for what the "whole new direction thing" could mean. Maybe it launches in a portion of the ride, but instead of going up, you go down giving you tons of air-time. I don't know, I just think it would be cool.

What if this new ride did a LOOP patially inside the WWL station??

I think it'd be cool :) http://ninjamuk.googlepages.com/loopthrough.gif

^that could get interesting.

R.I.P. Mr. Scott

Your coming up with some Great Ideas for the WWL station Mrlnkspot. I like the loop idea the most though. The way you drew it, I bet a record would be broken for biggest loop. For the old WWL station, I think they would have to eliminate the old stairways inside the station that used to be for guest entry, but it would work really well.

Why does everything always have to come to a record for the largest of something? Or any record for that matter?

I guess Cedar Point really dug themselves in with that one.

They've done it to themselves... maXair is "taller" than the rest, because it's risen a few feet above the midway.

Skyhawk is "taller" than the rest because of the sign on top.

Even if it's something small... they'll do it to promote it as the largest. It's all in the marketing.

2004 - Wicked Twister/Top Thrill Dragster

I know, that's what I'm saying. It's not just "enthusiasts" who've come to expect record-breakers, it's everyone who's ever heard of Cedar Point.

Aren't they already going to have the record for the most roller coasters in one park?

"THE Top Thrill Dragster...THE Millennium Force...THE Wicked Twister...THE Magnum! How do you like those apples?!?!?"

Yes, because SFMM is going to be torn down in a few years, but there is a rumor going around that SFMM is going to build one more coaster in 08. The other RUMOR is that SFGA in new jersy is going to build 4 more coasters by 2010. just a rumor though. By the way im building a project 07 on RCT3 should be ready soon if only i knew how to post it.

SFGAdv isn't even on Six Flag's "safe list", so I doubt there's any truth to that rumor.

I also doubt SFMM is going to be torn down.

i agree with halltd..they've invested too much into that park just to trash it...

There is nothing quite like becoming a human windshield on Millennium Force

A park like SFMM doesn't get torn down.. it gets sold or otherwise taken care of. Even tearing stuff down costs money.

Dude, SFMM is getting torn down, BUT the coasters will be salveged and most likely sent to other parks. THE DESCISION HAS BEEN MADE. ask E X I T English i think it was him who found the link. A little back-up please

I agree, excellent job! The first two pictures (layouts) would rock if the ride were a launched wingwalker. I do you have the wrong direction on your last picture of the lift. Those footers are way too big for just a turnaround to a lift.

Hope the announcement is soon.

That's pretty good. It sucks that we really can't see which direction they're going in!

But we do know what direction they're going in. It's a whole new one. ;)
