Okay, while I hate to say that I've given up on hearing from any of the managers about being rehired, I do realize that if I don't get emailed at all, it's easier to get one locally before all the area high schoolers get out for the summer. So, I've decided to start looking for a job around where I live, but I have a question about something that I see on applications.
On almost every application, they ask for my previous jobs, and obviously that's Cedar Point. But then they ask for my employer's phone number, and if they can call them. Well, I'd like to think that even if my previous manager passed me up for rehire, that we ended with a fairly good working relationship, and that I'd be willing to have them be called by a potential employer.
The real question is this: I have the number for the phone in my previous manager's office, but should I put that number, or is there a different number I should give them to call, like HR or the number that can be found on the Contact Us page on CP's website?
Thank you for any help, and also for two great seasons at America's Rockin' Roller Coast!

I usually just put the park op number, not Steve's office phone number.
2010: Corkscrew/Super Himalaya, Shoot the Rapids
2011: Shoot the Rapids, Sweeps, Mantis
2012: TL Area 3 Sweeps
2013: TL Snake River Falls
2014: Ride Supervisor Sky Ride
2015: Ride Supervisor Sky Ride
Employers for minmum wage jobs or seasonal jobs do not contact previous managers. So for cedar point i always just put the operaters number down. They will be able to direct their call were it needs to go.
You know... supervisors just got hired today/yesterday.
2010: Millennium Force & Mantis
2011: Raptor
2012: Raptor, Sky Ride and Wicked Twister
2013: Co-Team Leader of Sky Ride
2014: Supervisor of Slingshot/Skyscraper

Wow they are moving slow
It's February, and the park doesn't open until mid-May. I wouldn't exactly call that slow.
Well to gatekeepers comment it is a little slow. The reason I agree is because last season deep clean was well started when I got there 4/8/13. My bayside roommates I believe we were in 110 building 800 were already doing deep clean as park sweeps, warehouse, and waste management. When we got there 700 was full so im assuming deep clean had to have started in late march at the earliest. However that could of just been for that year though. So much changes each season.

By February last year, I at least got a reply to my application...
Well, I realize that Sups and TLs just got hired within the last week or two, but on the same note, my own application got moved to the general application base. Even if I did get to come back, I definitely wouldn't be in rides.
It kinda hurts, ya know, being indirectly told that your old managers don't want you back.
