Hi I have a phone interview with Steve for a ride operation position and I was wondering if anyone remembered any of there interview questions? and if you enjoy this position? And is it hard to learn how to operate the rides? Any insight would be great thnx
They are just basic interview questions. Nothing to stress over. Steve is in charge of area three rides (the back end of the park). I love working rides! You will get plenty of training on your ride so there is nothing to worry about.

Steve is the manager for area 3 rides. Which is pretty much Maverick, Mean Streak, Sky Hawk, Tiques/Wave Swinger, Camp Snoopy, etc.
I honestly don't remember much of my interview questions (I interviewed in 2010). The do ask you "tell me about a time when you..." situation questions. They also will ask you like, "would you prefer to work with children or adults?" and "are you afraid of heights?" and "would you prefer to work in a fast paced ride location or slow paced?"
I love working in ride operations. It's so much fun, and generally never a dull moment. Your trainer will be there to answer any questions you may have about the location that you'll be assigned to. Personally though, the difficulty of the ride depends on what ride that you get, but none are omgosh overwhelming hard, for me at least.
